Im trying to make a server for since I'd like to use mods on the server and many mods havent been updated past this point. the download link on minecraft's site is for JVM Arguments: Go to where it says 'Installations' and find the Forge Hover your mouse over the version and go to the far right where there are three white dots, and click them, then click 'Edit'. Go down to where it says 'More Options' and go down to where it says JVM arguments.
